Naseeb Sidhu is a co-owner and the Operations Director of Venus Medical Aesthetics. She is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with 8 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. Naseeb has always enjoyed helping people, and her own experience with cystic acne as a teenager sparked her interest in skincare. After becoming a mother, she realized the importance of self-care and dove deeper into her passion for skincare and aesthetics. Co-founding the clinic with her husband, Dr. Rajvinder Sidhu, Naseeb is committed to providing a calming space where clients can feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident in their skin.

Dr. Rajvinder Sidhu is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is the co-owner and Medical Director of Venus Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Sidhu is known for his expertise in advanced endoscopic techniques and minimally invasive procedures, offering patients the best treatments. After establishing himself as a GI specialist, he developed a strong interest in skincare, wellness, and obesity medicine. This passion led him to co-found Venus Medical Aesthetics. With his extensive knowledge of digestive health and a growing interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Sidhu is committed to helping people feel their best inside and out. Outside of work, he enjoys being a husband, father, dog dad, and sports fan.

Alex has been an aesthetician and laser professional for over five years, with a deep understanding of skin concerns. Her personal experience with cystic acne as a teenager and rosacea as an adult inspired her passion for helping others with similar skin challenges.

Alex is not only skilled but also compassionate, understanding how skin conditions can affect emotions. She focuses on both the physical and emotional aspects of skincare, creating a supportive environment where her patients feel confident in their skin.

When she’s not at work, Alex loves spending time with her friends and family, and she’s an animal lover with two rescue cats. Her caring nature and dedication to her work make her an important part of the Venus Medical Aesthetics team.

Corina began her aesthetics career in 2004 working alongside a renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, she has witnessed the evolution of aesthetic medicine—from the early days of Botox and Restylane to today’s advanced treatments like Sculptra and PDO threads.

Corina is passionate about creating refreshed, natural-looking results for both men and women. She specializes in rejuvenating the face and body, addressing concerns such as thinning skin, volume loss, cellulite dimples, scars, stretch marks, and crepey skin. Her philosophy is simple: enhance, never overdo.

A lifelong learner, Corina frequently attends advanced training courses and serves as a guest instructor for aesthetic offices across Arizona, Texas, and Denver. She is currently working toward her Nurse Practitioner degree and continues to stay at the forefront of industry innovation.

Outside of the treatment room, Corina is a proud mom of three teenagers. She enjoys running, reading the Bible and motivational books, and keeping up with the latest research in medical journals.

Patricia’s passion for aesthetics began in childhood, sparked by her mother’s advice regarding skincare. This passion led her to become a surgical nurse, and ultimately, a highly skilled injector, learning from a leading facial plastic surgeon and a renowned facial mapping artist.

Extensively trained by companies like Allergan, Galderma, Suneva, and Merz, Patricia offers a wide range of treatments. She expertly uses Neuromodulators (Daxxify, Botox), Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane), Biostimulators (Sculptra, Bellafill), and PRF/PRP for facial, under-eye, and hair restoration.

Patricia partners with her patients, creating personalized plans focused on natural-looking results and facial harmony. She’s also skilled in corrective work and combining injectables with treatments like microneedling, lasers, and BBLs. Patricia believes in enhancing, not altering, natural beauty.

Driven by a desire to help others feel confident, Patricia finds deep satisfaction using her expertise in anti-aging treatments.

Outside of work, Patricia adores her three fur babies, Cody, Oliver, and Heart. She also expresses her creativity through cooking, specializing in Italian and Asian cuisine (as she comes from an Irish Japanese family).

Cassie is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician with over five years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Her background spans a wide range of treatments, including lashes, brows, laser procedures, microneedling, and advanced skincare.

Passionate about enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their best, Cassie takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to every treatment. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable experience while delivering safe, effective results tailored to each client’s unique goals.

As she continues to grow in her nursing career, Cassie is excited to combine her esthetic expertise with her medical knowledge to provide comprehensive aesthetic care that helps clients look refreshed, feel confident, and achieve lasting results.
